It’s time to put your strength and fitness to the ultimate test! If you know RBB, you know we love a little healthy competition, and we don’t mess around with our training. When we train, we train hard, and love to have a goal to work towards. What better way to show off all your hard work than with the first RBB GAMES!
Inspired by many other fitness games and challenge days, we have designed your next 8 week challenge to take you to a place you have never been before – but this time with a clear purpose starting on July 4th. This challenge is 8 weeks long, split into two four-week blocks with a deload week in the middle. We will teach you how to lift heavier and run faster than you ever thought possible. How, you ask? Your challenge classes will be designed to improve your technique, form, fitness and agility. The first four weeks are individualised, but the second four weeks, you’ll be split up in teams. Earn your team points along the way so that you and your team will come out on top come game day.
Not only will you have the support of your teammates, but the support of everyone around you, including other members and trainers – because everyone wants to see you succeed! Additionally, you will receive meal plans to properly fuel your body with the right food to keep you energised. And of course you’ll have access to unlimited in-studio and online classes to RBB’s signature HIIT-to-the-beat workouts – the only place in Australia where you can get fit to the beat of your favourite music. You’ll achieve goals and reach new milestones by working harder but having more fun and getting better results at the same time!
Full-time working mum, Aleesha doesn’t have much spare time in her days, but she made the decision to prioritise ‘her’ time to set her up every day for a win. Getting up early each day isn’t something that comes naturally, but she set the goal to do at least three early morning classes each week, stick to our meal plans, and focus on tightening her core and booty.
