But did you know that women who resist physically and verbally against their attackers are less likely to experience serious injury? And women trained in self-defence are more confident in their ability to confront unwanted attention.

We want women to feel strong, inside and out.

That’s why, for our 28-Day Empower Challenge, we’ll help you build confidence with EXCLUSIVE self-defence classes, and workouts designed to increase your strength and endurance.
